“Stubborn body fat—how on earth do I get rid of it?”
This is a question from a civilian level preparing for a summer vacation.
Forget romantic notions like ‘lively fat loss’.
This isn’t child’s play about making abs to show off at the beach.
It is a total war to annihilate the resistance forces entrenched deep within, the enemy’s last stronghold.
To deal with the different enemies in the face, chest, lower abdomen, waist, and legs, you need tactics and firepower tailored to each.
From now on, I will impart a practical protocol that integrates the three branches of warfare—pharmaceuticals, supplements, and diet—to burn off every last gram of fat remaining on your body, leaving none behind.
The battlefield is your body, the enemy is the legion of stubborn fat stationed in five regions.
First, the Face. The fat here is like a scout.
It’s the first to be revealed, but requires the most intricate psychological warfare.
Your main weapons are the state of hunger and controlling ghrelin secretion.
Second, Chest and Lower Body. This area is a fortress guarded by the Estrogen garrison.
Blood estrogen concentration is their defense and their supply line.
If you cannot cut this supply line, you can never capture it.
Third, Lower Abdomen. This is the station of the Cortisol stress troops.
Mental and environmental stress is their strength.
To subdue them, you must directly strike the glucocorticoid receptors.
Fourth, Below the Waist. This is the rallying point for the Insulin reserves.
If insulin sensitivity collapses, they will never retreat.
Fifth, Visceral and Deep Lower Body Fat.
One is a hidden assassin, the other is a swamp of the lymphatic system.
To conquer them, one requires the extreme siege warfare of prolonged fasting, and the other requires constantly drying out the swamp through relentless movement.
Combat Situation 1: Annihilate the Scouts on Your Face.
If you want a sharp jawline, you must feel hunger.
You must willingly endure the agony of a twisting stomach.
This act forcibly stimulates the secretion systems of ghrelin, growth hormone, and glucagon.
Intermittent fasting, meaning setting a daily eating window of 6-8 hours, is the most basic encirclement tactic.
The hunger during the remaining hours becomes the signal flare that reduces facial puffiness and burns fat.
There’s only one reason why some advanced lifters still have puffy faces even late in the season: they relied on drugs and didn’t endure a single moment of hunger.
If you need fire support, administer low-dose Growth Hormone before bed along with 20mcg of Clenbuterol.
However, you must be in a perfect fasted state with no energy sources remaining in the bloodstream.
This combination works systemically but accelerates facial fat loss.
When one bodybuilder ran this protocol for 3-4 months to elevate his serum IGF-1 levels, his face became sculpted.
At this point, also administer 1mg of Ketotifen to reactivate the beta-2 adrenergic receptors desensitized by long-term Clenbuterol use.
The drowsiness induced by Ketotifen is a secondary tactical benefit that aids sleep in a fasted state.
Conversely, there are times when you must prevent the face from becoming too gaunt and skeletal.
This issue is particularly critical for female bodybuilders.
In this case, counter-intuitively, administer a spoonful or two of peanut butter before bed.
This isn’t mere bro-science; it’s a cosmetic defense tactic verified through countless female athletes.
Combat Situation 2: Capture the Estrogen Fortress of the Chest and Lower Body.
For the fat accumulated on a man’s chest and lower body, estrogen is behind it 99% of the time.
Those who have done dirty bulks and surpassed 20% body fat in the past will know.
The conversion of testosterone to estrogen in fat tissue makes this fortress even stronger.
The key to the assault is controlling the serum estradiol concentration.
Maintain a standard diet until you reach 8% body fat.
The real war begins at that point.
Introduce an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI), or increase the ratio of DHT derivatives (Masteron, Primobolan, Winstrol, etc.) in your PED protocol to adjust the ratio against testosterone.
The target blood estradiol level is 10-15 pg/mL.
Going lower than this is suicidal.
You’ll lose your libido and neuroprotective functions along with it.
This low-estrogen state is a short-term annihilation campaign that should only be maintained for a maximum of 2-3 months.
If you need an initial boost, you can introduce a SERM (Tamoxifen, Raloxifene, etc.) for the first 2-4 weeks of the diet.
But remember this.
Long-term SERM use destroys serum IGF-1, reducing fat loss efficiency.
Masteron and Winstrol have the additional effect of inhibiting estrogen-mediated gene transcription, making your skin as thin as paper.
If fat remains even at 4-6% body fat, as a last resort, simultaneously administer both an AI and a SERM to completely block estrogen.
You will feel like hell, but you will achieve extreme conditioning where every muscle on your body is striated.

Combat Situation 3: Destroy the Cortisol Stress Troops in the Lower Abdomen.
The lower belly of guys stuck in offices, stressed out, is the handiwork of cortisol.
It’s fundamentally different from the stretched skin from overeating in the off-season.
To deal with this enemy, you must either eliminate the stress itself (change jobs, change partners) or directly block the glucocorticoid receptors.
Drugs like Anavar, Trenbolone, and Halotestin are the special forces that perform this receptor-blocking mission.
As auxiliary power, utilize Ashwagandha root extract and Phosphatidylserine.
Administer Ashwagandha before bed and upon waking to stabilize cortisol levels throughout the day.
Phosphatidylserine is the emergency suppression team deployed when cortisol runs rampant due to excessive cardio, like 1-2 hours a day, at the very end of a diet.
However, the most fundamental strategy is to maintain a state of micronutrient surplus.
Even in a caloric deficit, if you sufficiently supply vitamins and minerals, your body’s stress response system is strengthened, and cortisol levels naturally stabilize.
This is the realm of meticulous diet design, impossible with supplements alone.
Combat Situation 4: Neutralize the Insulin Reserves Below the Waist.
The fat below your waistline is a mirror of insulin sensitivity.
You’ve likely experienced it thickening the day after a cheat meal, then becoming soft again after a few days of dieting.
If your insulin sensitivity is shattered, no matter how much you reduce calories, the fat in this area will never disappear.
Those who have abused MK-677 or high-dose GH, inducing insulin resistance, face the tragedy of other areas leaning out while the area below the waist remains the same.
Therefore, the prerequisite is to maintain optimal insulin sensitivity.
Utilize Berberine, Metformin, apple cider vinegar, Chromium Picolinate, etc., to optimize the system.
After that, administer Yohimbine or Rauwolscine just before fasted cardio.
These are assassins that block the alpha-2 adrenergic receptors densely packed below the waist.
Within a few weeks, you will feel your once-solid waist turning into soft jelly.
If you keep pushing, the fat will disappear, and a clear separation will be etched between your serratus and glutes.
However, you must stop administration two weeks before a competition or photoshoot.
This is to shed water retention and achieve perfect dry conditioning.

Combat Situation 5: Conquer the Swamp of Visceral Fat and the Lower Body.
Visceral fat lodged between your organs is the most difficult enemy to remove.
It is the result of past bad eating habits or the abuse of insulin and simple carbohydrates during workouts.
The only way to remove this is through prolonged fasting.
In the early stages of fasting, the body burns glycogen from the liver and muscles.
It takes time before it starts burning visceral fat.
Therefore, you must undertake multiple extreme siege campaigns, like one 24-hour fast per week or five consecutive days of fasting per month.
Do not fear muscle loss at this time.
Thanks to muscle memory, you can regain it.
The value of the overwhelming V-taper gained from removing visceral fat is far greater.
Lower body fat is a problem of the lymphatic system and gravity.
If you don’t move, bodily fluids, toxins, and fatty acids pool in the lower body, creating a swamp.
The only way to dry out this swamp is through movement, specifically cardio.
The Stairmaster, elliptical, and inclined treadmill are particularly effective as they stimulate the lymph nodes in the hips and knees.
Even just 10 minutes of walking a day stimulates the lymphatic system.
Putting your legs up on a pillow while sleeping to reverse the direction of gravity is also a simple yet powerful tactic.
No matter how powerful the drugs you use, if you don’t move, your lower body will remain a swamp forever.
A true master doesn’t just lose fat.
They employ different strategies for the face, chest, abdomen, waist, and lower body, conquering the entire territory of the body and planting the flag of victory upon it.
